TERMS OF SERVICE

❥ I reserve the right to refuse any commissions I do not feel comfortable taking for any reason.
❥ Payment will only be through paypal (I will send an invoice once approved).
❥ Payment will be sent after the sketch has been approved for finished pieces. For sketches only, 50% of payment must be sent, and once approved, the rest of the payment must be sent.
❥ For any large additional changes to finished pieces, one must pay 15% for the changes (different background, major character design change, etc.)
❥ Commissioners are allowed to use art for personal use, including social media (with credit). They are also allowed to create stickers or prints for individual use, but selling on websites like etsy or any similar site, is not allowed.
❥ Must include visual and/or written references for characters, setting, etc. especially if the customer has a specific idea in mind. For custom designs, I will accept moodboards, collages, and other designs to draw inspiration from.
❥ Depending on the complexity and IRL obligations, turn around for the piece should take about 1-2 weeks. If there is a specific deadline the piece is needed for, please let me know when inquiring.
